Being a complementary therapist requires many different skills.  My background in business started in office work and developed in the Telecoms Industry helping me to gain an insite into the business practices most of us know today.  I  also travelled fairly extensively during my twenties and thirties and enjoyed learning culture and lifestyle in many different places including New Zealand, America and Asia.  I studied full and part time over several years to gain qualifications in Holistic Therapies starting in 1995 with Swedish Massage and adding other treatment skills including soft and deep tissue massage, reflexology and energy work.

Green Fairy is my "corporate" name, it comes from my affinity with the Fairy Kingdom and my love of nature.

Green Fairy has been trading since 2003 and has grown in clients and the therapies that I can offer. My speciality is working with the body to release tensions and trauma at every level. Every massage therapist has their own style, my unique approach to releasing the body of physical tension and trauma also incorporates a great deal of energy work and healing. This enables me to work on a person at every level, sometimes releasing traumas that have been stored for many years and therefore allow the client to move forward in their own personal healing path.

An in-depth consultation with every new client helps me to identify what treatment would best suit them individually and give them a bespoke treatment.

My treatments are a combination of those listed in the treatment section.  In some sessions I may use several different types of therapy to achieve results. Physical, emotional and spiritual elements are all taken into account.
